To use the Owner Portal, you must first set up a business with the Manager business model.
Navigate to the Operations section:
Go to Operations > My Business.
Add a new business:
Click + Add Business.
Enter a business name.
Select Manager as the business model. This type is for businesses that manage properties on behalf of other people (not properties owned or rented by you).
Assign properties:
Select the properties that belong to this business.
Click Save.
Access the Owner Portal:
Go to the Owner Portal tab to preview your portal.
If you haven't yet set up Owner Statements or Invoices for the properties you manage, you'll need to do that before inviting your owners to their Owner's Portal. Read more about Getting started with Owner Statements.
