These features are included on the Mogul plan at no additional cost.
You can Preview the Owner's Portal from a specific Owner's perspective to see exactly what they see.
Go to Operations > My Business > select the Business associated with the Owner you'd like to preview.
From the Business, select the Owner Portal tab.
Find the Owner whose portal you'd like to preview, and click Preview.
A Portal Preview will open in a new tab. You can now explore the Portal exactly as your Owner will see it.
Dashboard
The dashboard offers a consolidated view of KPIs and Revenue breakdown for all properties owned by that Owner.
Owner's can navigate back to the month of the Start date (as defined in the Owner Portal tab), and can navigate forward to months in the future. If a Statement or Invoice for the month viewed is not yet published, a banner will show indicating that the revenue breakdown is not yet finalized.

Your net reservation income 💰 | The total income belonging to your Owner. |
Gross reservation revenue | The sum of all payouts plus any platform service fees, across all selected properties for the selected month(s). |
Platform service fees | The sum of all platform service fees that your Owner is responsible for paying, across all selected properties for the selected month(s). |
Management commission | The total management commission, across all their selected properties for the selected month(s). |
Management reservation fees | The total management reservation fees, across all their selected properties for the selected month(s).
Note: If you do not keep any of the Reservation fees, this line item will not show. |
Transactions | The sum of all transactions, across all their selected properties for the selected month(s). |
Statements
Owner's Statements and Invoices that are Published or Paid will show in the Owner's Portal. The Owner can view the details, and download a PDF of the Statement or Invoice.
