The Owner's Portal gives your property owners a clear, organized view of their revenue and their property's performance. You can preview the portal as your Owner will experience it, before inviting them to access it.
Prerequisites:
You must have a Business, with the Manager business model. Learn more about Creating a business and Understanding business models.
You must have Owner's Statements set up. Learn more about Getting started with Owner's Statements.
You must be subscribed to the Mogul plan to access the Owner's Portal. This feature is not available for Legacy plan accounts.
Previewing and Inviting your Owners to the Owner's Portal:
Go to Operations > My Business > select the Business associated with the Owner you'd like to preview.
From the Business, select the Owners tab.
Find the Owner whose portal you'd like to preview, and click the three dots.
Select Preview portal
A Portal Preview will open in a new tab. You can now explore the Portal exactly as your Owner will see it.
Once you're ready to invite your Owner, click Copy invite link and share that link with your Owner.
Each owner's login is linked to their registered email address, which serves as the sole authentication method. Ensure the email address provided is correct and accessible.
If the invitation link expires or is not received, resend the invite directly from your account.
Once your Owner has set their password and logged into the portal, you'll see that they've Signed up for the owners portal under the Business > Owner Portal tab.
Owners must log in through the Owner Portal link you provide, rather than the main Hospitable user login page. Using the main login page will prevent access to the Owner Portal.
Resetting Owner's password
Owners can reset their password directly from the Owner Portal login page.
Simply click the “Forgot Password” link and follow the prompts to set a new password.
