Hospitable supports importing your Airbnb support messages directly into your Hospitable inbox. This is regardless of whether or not the messages are reservation related.
All communication with Airbnb support can be managed from the Hospitable inbox.
However, you cannot start a conversation with Airbnb support from the Hospitable inbox. You can only reply to an ongoing conversation.
Images are also supported in the conversation thread, meaning you can send Airbnb support screenshots or other images in the conversation in the Hospitable inbox.
