Note: This email relates to our email routing service. You do not need to change your booking platform account email addresses to use Hospitable.
Our email routing service is designed to help hosts manage several booking channels from the same email address with an easy and quick configuration.
The main value of an email route is to receive all emails from your booking platforms to several recipients. In order to do so, you will need to change the login email on your booking platforms.
Changing Login Email Address On Airbnb
Here are the steps to change your Airbnb email address (as of November 2020):
Make sure that you are authenticated to the Airbnb account.
Click on the top-right menu.
Click on Account.
Click on Personal info
Click "Edit" next to your email, change to the "
@host.smartbnb.io
" email address and save.

Changing Login Email Address On Booking.com
Access the administration menu
Go to the administration menu in your account.Go to ‘Invite colleagues’
In the administration menu, find the section labelled ‘Invite colleagues’. Here you can create a new profile or invite colleagues to join.Fill in the required information
Complete all necessary fields, including title, first name, last name, and email address.Select the user role
Choose the appropriate role for each user from the following options: administrator, arranger, traveller, or commuter. Each role grants different permissions and access levels within the Booking.com for Business account.Click ‘Create now’
Once submitted, an email invitation will be sent to the individual with instructions on how to log in and set their password.

Changing Login Email Address On VRBO
Log in to your account.
If you have more than one property, select the property you wish to edit
Select the Property icon in the navigation menu
Click Edit property
From the landing page, hit Contact information
Edit your information as needed
Select Save

All emails sent to this email address will be forwarded automatically to the email address(es) defined in the email route. This will make sure that all recipients receive all correspondence related to the management of your booing channel account.
