What is the Marketplace Balance?
The Marketplace Balance is a prepaid account that is funded automatically on setup and after each completed cleaning task.
Why Do I Need It?
Cleanings will not be completed if you don't have funds available.
Keeping your balance funded ensures cleaners are paid reliably.
It also provides a clear view of your operational expenses.
How to Add Funds
We automatically top-up your balance from the selected payout method. This will draw funds from your bank account into the prepaid account managed by Hospitable.
Very soon, we'll offer additional services in our new marketplace. Keep your marketplace balance funded so you can easily pay for services, and we'll pay our partners.

Please note that funds are added via ACH bank transfer and take 2 days to appear in your marketplace balance.
When any Marketplace Cleaning task is completed, we debit your marketplace balance account for the entire amount of the cleaning and split the payment between Cleanster (cleaner fee and commission) and Hospitable (commission).
As of the time of launch, the only marketplace service covered by your balance is Autopilot cleanings. Please reference that help article to learn more!
