What is the Payments page for?

The Payments page is where you can set up your “Payments by Booking.com” payout method.

Payments by Booking.com is a payment collection method designed to simplify and streamline the payment process between guests and accommodation partners. It provides security, convenience, and reliability by managing guest payments on behalf of the property.

How do I navigate to the Payments page?

It’s important to note that hosts will only see the Payments page on properties that contain at least one Booking.com listing. If your property does not contain a Booking.com listing, you will not see the Payments page on your property.

To get to the Payments page, go to:

  1. Hospitable > Properties

  2. Select your property.

  3. Select Payments in the left-hand side menu.

How do I sign up for Payments by Booking.com?

You may need to grant Hospitable permission to manage Booking.com payments, if that permission is not already in place.

On the Payments page, you will see a callout, telling you that you need to grant Hospitable permission before being able to set up your Payments by Booking.com through Hospitable:

After granting Hospitable permission to manage payments on Booking.com:

  1. Navigate to the Payments page:

    1. Hospitable > Properties

    2. Select your property.

    3. Select Payments in the left-hand side menu.

  2. Click Enroll

  3. Select the payout method and frequency of payouts you want.

  4. Click Submit enrollment request
