Customize and send email notifications to Owners

These features are in the Mogul plan at no additional cost.

Customize the email used to send your owners email notifications

  • Operations > My business > Select your Property Manager business

  • Under the Owner Portal tab scroll to the Email notifications section

  • You can update the email username, which is the part of the email before the @

  • Click Save when you're done

Send notifications to your owners

  • Operations > My business > Select your Property Manager business

  • Under the Owners tab, you'll see a list of all your Owners and a status for Owner Portal features

    • Owner portal column

      • Not invited

      • Pending

      • Accepted

    • Bank account column

      • Not eligible

      • Not connected

      • Pending verification

      • Verified

  • Depending on the Owner's status, the Actions column will update with the email notification recommended for that scenario, whether it be sending the initial invitation to log in to the Owner Portal, or prompting them to connect their bank account, or sending reminders to finalize their setup.

  • Click the link under Actions to review the content of the email notification. Feel free to make and save any content adjustments for future use before sending.

  • Emails do not have a design template, and will come from the custom email username and domain you configured in the previous step.
