Connect Hospitable with JOLI to Deliver Personalised Travel Plans to Every Guest

Integrating Hospitable with JOLI allows hosts to effortlessly offer guests a premium, personalised travel concierge experience without adding any operational work.

Once connected, JOLI sends a single pre-arrival message through the Hospitable inbox for each confirmed booking, inviting guests to create a tailored trip plan based on their destination and travel dates. Guests receive a same-day, editorial-style itinerary with curated dining, activities, and local insights—fully interactive and easy to refine—while hosts benefit from a seamless, zero-configuration setup that requires no maintenance and keeps all guest support handled directly by JOLI.

Initiate the connection on JOLI

  1. Click on Connect Hospitable

  2. You will be brought to the Hospitable login page where you will provide your credentials.

  3. Review the permissions, then click on Authorize JOLI.

  4. You will shortly receive a connection confirmation screen and then be redirected back to JOLI. This signals immediate activation of the integration, which will send the pre-arrival messages to guests on bookings placed after the connection.

How to disconnect

Option 1: Only for those with a JOLI account: go to https://app.jolicollective.net/account?hospitable=connected and click on Disconnect under Hospitable.

Option 2: For those with or without a JOLI account: go to https://my.hospitable.com/integrations/connected-integrations and click on Remove access beside JOLI.
