Managing Property Pages on Your Site

Control how your properties appear and are organized on your direct booking site

Written by Dawn Ginie Santoyo

Each property on your direct booking site has its own dedicated page where guests can view details and complete a booking. These pages are automatically created using your property information, but you can control how they appear and are organized.

This article explains how property pages work and what you can manage.

How Property Pages Work

When you add properties to your direct booking site:

  • Each property gets its own page

  • Content is pulled from your property details in Hospitable

  • Guests can view availability, pricing, and book directly from the page

Property pages are part of your site structure and are automatically included once a property is enabled.

Enable or Disable Properties on Your Site

You can choose which properties appear on your site.

To manage property visibility:

  1. Go to Direct Booking→ Websites

  2. Select your site

  3. Open the Properties section

  4. Toggle properties on or off for your site

  5. Save your changes

Only enabled properties will appear to guests.

Properties must be eligible for Direct bookings to be displayed and bookable on your site.

Reorder Properties on Your Homepage

You can control the order in which properties appear on your site.

By default, properties are displayed alphabetically.

To change the order:

  1. Go to Direct Bookings→ Websites → Select your site

  2. Open the Properties section

  3. Drag and drop properties into your preferred order

  4. Click Save

This affects how properties are displayed on your homepage.

What Content Appears on Property Pages

Property pages are built using your property details.

This includes:

  • Property title and description

  • Photos

  • Amenities and features

  • House rules

  • Pricing and availability

To update this content, you must edit the property itself.

How Property Content Is Managed

Property content is managed in the Properties section of Hospitable, not in the site editor.

To update property content:

  1. Go to Properties

  2. Select a property

  3. Open the Details tab

  4. Update the relevant sections (description, photos, amenities, etc.)

Changes made here will automatically update on your direct booking site.

If your property is connected to a listing platform (e.g., Airbnb), some content may be synced unless edited directly in Hospitable.

Property Page Behavior

Some parts of property pages are fixed and cannot be customized.

This includes:

  • Page structure and layout

  • Booking flow and calendar display

  • Review display logic

Property page structure is standardized and cannot be modified to ensure a consistent booking experience.

Single vs Multi-Property Sites

Your site behaves differently depending on how many properties you have:

  • Multi-property sites:
Guests can browse all properties from the homepage and navigate to individual pages

  • Single-property sites:
Guests are directed straight to the property page for a simplified booking flow

Important Things to Know

  • Property pages are created automatically when properties are enabled

  • Only enabled and eligible properties appear on your site

  • Property content is managed in the Properties section, not the site editor

  • Changes to property details update your site automatically

  • Property page structure and booking flow cannot be customized
