Your direct booking site is automatically created using your property information, but you can customize it to better reflect your brand and improve how guests interact with your listings.
This article explains what you can customize and where to make those changes in Hospitable.
What You Can Customize
You can control several parts of your site, including:
Branding (logo, colors)
Homepage content
Property display and order
Images and hero section
Footer details and social links
These updates apply to your entire site and are reflected immediately after saving.
Access Your Site Editor
To customize your site:
Go to Direct Bookings → Websites
Select your site
Open the Overview
From here, you can manage all visible sections of your site.

Update Branding
Your site’s branding is based on the template you select.
Available options:
Upload your logo
Update your site title and subtitle
Your logo also acts as a navigation element for guests to return to the homepage.
Colors and styling are determined by your selected template and cannot be edited manually.
If you want a different look and feel, you’ll need to choose a different site template.

Customize Homepage Content
Your homepage includes several sections that can be updated:
Hero section (title, subtitle, images or video)
Property listings
Footer content
Some elements are:
Standard (always visible)
Optional (visible when content is added)

Manage Property Display
You can control how your properties appear on your site.
To reorder properties:
Go to Direct Bookings→ Websites → Select your site
Open the Properties section
Drag and drop properties into your preferred order
Click Save
By default, properties are displayed alphabetically.

Update Images and Hero Section
You can upload and manage images used across your site, including:
Hero background images or videos
Property images (managed at the property level)
Hero images appear at the top of your homepage and help define your site’s visual identity.
Add Social Links
You can add links to your social media profiles, which will appear in your site footer.
To add social links:
Open your site in the editor
Scroll to the Social section
Add your profile links or handles
Supported platforms include:
Instagram
Facebook
YouTube
Twitter/X
TikTok
What You Cannot Customize
Some parts of your site are automatically generated and cannot be changed, such as:
Review selection and display logic
Certain page structures and sections
Booking flow behavior
Some site elements are fixed and controlled by Hospitable to ensure a consistent booking experience.
Important Things to Know
Changes are saved and applied to your site automatically
Property content is managed separately under Properties
Some sections only appear when content is added
Customization options may vary depending on your site type
