Managing Access to Direct Bookings

Give team members access to Direct bookings and control what they can manage

You can give other users access to Direct bookings so they can help manage your site, bookings, and guest experience.

This article explains how access works and what to expect when inviting additional users.


How Access to Direct Works

Access to Direct bookings is managed through your Hospitable account.

Users with access can:

  • View and manage bookings

  • Access your direct booking site

  • Update settings based on their permissions


Who Can Access Direct

Access depends on the user’s role and permissions.

You can:

  • Invite new users to your account

  • Assign roles with different levels of access

How to Add a User

To give someone access:

  1. Go to Settings → User Management

  2. Click Invite user

  3. Enter their email address

  4. Assign the appropriate role

  5. Send the invitation


Managing Permissions

Different roles may have access to:

  • Booking management

  • Site settings

  • Payments and configuration

Make sure to assign roles carefully based on what each user needs.


Important Things to Know

  • Access is managed at the account level

  • Permissions depend on assigned roles

  • Changes to access take effect immediately

  • Only invited users can manage Direct bookings
