If a property is enrolled in Payments by Booking.com, this page shows the property's payment status, payout configuration, and payout model.
This article explains the information displayed on the page and how to refresh payment details.
Payment collection, payout schedules, and payout configurations are managed by Booking.com. Hospitable displays information provided by Booking.com but cannot modify these settings.
Access the Booking.com Payments Tab
To view Booking.com payment information:
Go to Properties.
Select the property.
Click Payments.
Open the Booking.com payments tab.

Payments by Booking.com
Properties enrolled in Payments by Booking.com will see an enrollment status card showing the property's current payment configuration.
The status card may include:
Enrollment status
Payout frequency
Payout model
Payment method information

Payout Frequency
Booking.com determines when payouts are sent to your account.
Depending on your Booking.com configuration, payouts may be issued:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
The payout frequency displayed in Hospitable reflects the configuration currently set in Booking.com.
Payout schedules are controlled by Booking.com and cannot be changed from Hospitable.
Gross and Net Payouts
The page displays whether your property uses gross or net payouts.
Gross Payouts
With gross payouts:
Booking.com sends the reservation payout to you
Booking.com invoices commission and payment fees separately
Net Payouts
With net payouts:
Booking.com deducts applicable commission and payment fees before sending the payout
The payout received is lower because fees have already been deducted
The payout model shown in Hospitable reflects the configuration currently set in Booking.com.
If you need to change how your payouts are structured or have questions about payout calculations, contact Booking.com's Partner Support directly.
Refresh Payment Information
If recent changes made in Booking.com are not reflected in Hospitable:
Open the Booking.com payments tab.
Click Refresh payments.
Hospitable will request the latest payment information from Booking.com and update the page.
Refreshing payment information does not change your Booking.com settings. It only updates the information displayed in Hospitable.

Hospitable cannot change payout schedules.
Hospitable cannot change gross or net payout configurations.
Hospitable cannot enroll or remove properties from Payments by Booking.com.
