Koobo is a direct-booking travel platform for Siargao. By integrating with Hospitable, hosts can automatically synchronize availability between Koobo and the OTAs they manage through Hospitable, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and more. Reservations and calendar blocks from Hospitable are imported into Koobo, while direct bookings and host-created blocks on Koobo are pushed back to Hospitable, helping keep availability consistent across every channel. Automatic property matching, flexible sync controls, and two-way calendar updates reduce manual work and help prevent double bookings, making it easy for hosts to grow direct bookings while continuing to manage their OTA listings through Hospitable.
Make sure your Hospitable property names match your Koobo unit names as closely as possible (this helps with auto-linking).
Initiate the connection on Koobo
Login to your Koobo account.
Click on your profile picture on the top right, and click Host account.
Click on Settings.
Click on the Hospitable tab.
Click on the Connect with Hospitable button.
You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page (if you aren't already logged in).
Review the permissions and click on Authorize Koobo.
You will be redirected back to Koobo. Your properties will be linked automatically.
Property matching
If some properties didn’t link, click Auto-link properties. If names still don’t match, rename them in Hospitable or Koobo so they match, then try again.
For Auto-link, Koobo tries two ways:
Exact match — names match after normalizing (case/punctuation ignored)
Fuzzy match — one name contains the other (e.g. “Beach House” vs “Beach House Studio”)
If neither works, it shows up as unmatched. Sync only runs for linked units.

Click Run sync anytime you want an immediate update
Koobo also syncs in the background after you’re connected
Tip: After your first connect, run sync once and check both calendars.
