Hospitable.com

When a teammate uploads a photo to a task in the Tasks App, you can share that photo with anyone, even people who don't have a Hospitable account. This is useful for damage claims, insurance evidence, cleaner disputes, or anyone who needs to see proof of the condition of a property.

Each shared photo comes with read-only capture details (when it was taken, the device used, and where it was taken) so the recipient can verify the image is authentic.

Open the task that contains the photo you want to share.

Paste the link into an email, message, or damage claim form.

Anyone with the link can open the photo. They do not need a Hospitable account. Only share the link with people you trust to view the image and its details.

The link opens a page containing the photo and a set of read-only capture details:

Property location: the address of the property the task belongs to.

When the photo was taken: the date and time in the property's timezone.

Device: the device the teammate used to take the photo.

Photo coordinates: the exact latitude and longitude captured with the photo.

Map: a small map showing both the property location and the location where the photo was taken.

The photo and its capture details are read-only. Neither you nor the recipient can edit the image or any of the information shown alongside it. This is intentional so the record stays trustworthy for damage claims and other evidence use cases.
