Connect Hospitable with TripBid to Turn Guest Requests into Bookings

Respond to travelers based on their dates, preferences, and budget while keeping availability, pricing, reservations, and messaging synchronized with Hospitable.

Written by Frances Rebollido

Integrating Hospitable with TripBid gives accommodation providers a different way to win bookings through a reverse marketplace. Instead of travelers searching through listings, guests submit requests with their travel dates, accommodation preferences, and budget, and hosts choose which opportunities to pursue.

Hosts can respond manually or use TripBid’s optional AI Reservation Manager to send offers that meet their configured pricing and booking rules. When a guest accepts an offer, they complete the booking on TripBid rather than being redirected to the host’s direct booking site. Payment is made directly to the accommodation provider through TripBid using the provider’s own payment gateway.

The Hospitable integration synchronizes availability, calendar pricing, stay restrictions, reservations, cancellations, and supported messages between the platforms, with live availability checks helping reduce double-booking risk. Confirmed TripBid bookings are written back to the linked Hospitable property as manual reservations.

TripBid operates on a host subscription model rather than charging hosts a commission on bookings.
