The Properties tab contains default settings that affect properties across your Hospitable account.

Go to Settings → Preferences → Properties to manage these settings.

If a property has listings on multiple booking platforms, Hospitable uses a lead listing as a source for certain property data and synchronization behavior.

Use Lead platform to choose the booking platform Hospitable should use by default when selecting lead listings.

Available options depend on your connected booking platforms.

A property can override this default with its own lead listing selection.

You can also select a specific listing when a property has multiple listings on the same platform.

Use Pricing markup rates to set a default percentage for each supported booking channel.

These platform-level markups are used when Hospitable calculates the rate it sends to that channel.

You can configure separate default markups for supported channels such as:

A property or listing can use its own markup instead of the platform default.

Select Reset property names to rebuild the names of properties that currently have a property name.

Hospitable uses:

The resulting name may be shortened when necessary.

Listings from other channels can be used when the property does not have an Airbnb Official listing.

Changes to lead platform and platform markup settings require Save.
