Importing New Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com Listings on a Connected Account

How Hospitable imports new listings from Airbnb and Vrbo accounts that are already connected.

Hospitable automatically detects and imports new listings from your connected Airbnb and Vrbo accounts.

This happens during regular channel syncs. Booking.com accounts do not support automatic listing imports.


Automatic Listing Imports for Airbnb and Vrbo

Hospitable automatically re-syncs your connected Airbnb and Vrbo accounts every 2 hours.

You can view your connected channels at:

Hospitable > Connected accounts

During each sync, Hospitable:

  • Updates listing details (such as photos and descriptions)

  • Detects newly created listings

  • Imports new listings into Hospitable

  • Reflects listing status changes (listed or unlisted)

  • Updates changes to check-in or check-out times

  • Removes deleted listings

Any changes made directly in Airbnb or Vrbo will appear in Hospitable after the next two-hour sync.

Vrbo Sync Delays

In some cases, Vrbo may delay publishing new listing details to their public API.

Note: If Vrbo has not yet published updated listing information to their public API, Hospitable cannot access it during the sync. This may cause delays longer than 2 hours. This behavior is controlled by Vrbo and is outside of Hospitable’s control.

Hospitable can only import the information that is available in Vrbo’s public API at the time of the scheduled sync

How to Manually Re-Sync a Channel

If you need changes to appear sooner than the automatic two-hour sync, you can manually trigger a re-sync.

To re-sync a connected Airbnb or Vrbo account:

  1. Go to Hospitable > Connected accounts

  2. Click Edit next to the Airbnb or Vrbo channel

  3. Click Re-sync

The sync will run immediately and check for any new or updated listings.

Note: This re-sync action does not sync or push calendar information from or to your Vrbo calendar!

Booking.com Listing Imports

Booking.com listings are not automatically imported into Hospitable.

Unlike Airbnb and Vrbo, Booking.com connects at the listing level, not the account level. This means new listings added to your Booking.com account will not sync automatically.

Note: To add another Booking.com listing, you must connect each listing individually from the Connected accounts page.

To connect an additional Booking.com listing:

  1. Go to Hospitable > Connected accounts

  2. Select Connect Booking.com

  3. Complete the connection process for the new listing
