Can I see reviews from guests from the inbox?
Guest Insights on the conversation thread shows reviews received by the guest from their previous hosts.
Guest Insights at the top of the conversation thread shows the guest’s latest reviews from previous hosts and average rating when this information is available from the booking platform.
Can I see reviews that the guest has given to other hosts?
No, it is against Airbnb policy to show reviews that guests have written to other hosts.
Why don’t I see any reviews for an Airbnb guest?
If a guest’s Airbnb profile visibility is set to anything other than Anyone, Hospitable receives only their name and profile picture. Reviews, verifications, and About details are unavailable in Guest Insights, and the AI Guest Summary remains empty.
Restricted profile visibility is uncommon. Guests control this setting on Airbnb. Neither hosts nor Hospitable can override it or retrieve the missing data.
If the guest changes their profile visibility, their reviews may appear on a future reservation.
