What is the difference between the Teammate's iCal and the Property Reservation iCal?

There are two different iCal links you can share with your team which they can subscribe to from their own personal calendar app (e.g. Google Calendar); the Teammate iCal and the Property Reservation iCal.

The Teammate iCal can only be created if you have a teammate created under Operations.

The Property Reservations iCal is created for all properties on the Properties page on Hospitable. This iCal stores details of all reservations that are booked on your property.

How does the Teammate iCal feed work?

The Teammate's iCal feed only shows tasks assigned to a particular teammate. Calendar events imported by the iCal can include the following information:

  • Task name

  • Task start and end time

  • Listing address

  • Task type

  • Assignee

  • Primary user’s email

  • Property name

  • Reservation code

  • Number of adults

  • Number of children

  • Task notes

  • Teammate name

How does the Property Reservation iCal feed work?

This can be used if you'd like your teammates to see all reservations even if they're not assigned to the tasks linked to them. • Guest name
