Connecting your Hospitable account to Jervis Systems syncs property and reservation data to automate the process of creating and sending smart lock codes to your guests.
Get started on Hospitable:
Go to Apps
Click Jervis Systems
Click Get Started to be redirected to Jervis.systems where you can learn more, sign up or sign in.
Or, initiate the connection on Jervis Systems:
Log in to your account at jervis.systems/login
Go to Marketplace > Hospitable
You will then be directed to log into your Hospitable account to link your Jervis Systems account with Hospitable
Upon redirection to Jervis Systems, go to Properties and click Refresh Properties
Go to Devices and click Import Devices to set up your smart locks and devices
Next, assign Devices to imported Hospitable properties
Go to Reservations to confirm the PIN code in the SET PIN field for upcoming reservations
Each time you receive a reservation via a listing connected to a Hospitable property, Jervis Systems will automatically create a smart lock code! To automate the communication of codes to the guest, use the %smartlock_code%
short code in your messaging rules. Learn more about short codes here.
