The “New request to book” event messaging rule is sent whenever you get a new request to book on Airbnb, VRBO, or Direct. Requests to book are not supported for Booking.com.
Use this messaging rule to thank the guest for requesting a stay at your property, and inform them that you will look over their request and respond.
There is no option for this messaging rule to automatically accept requests to book. You will need to do so manually either from the Hospitable inbox or on the booking platform directly.
Note: if you set the timing of this messaging rule to a “Delay”, and you manually reply to the guest before the message is scheduled to be sent, the message will be cancelled.
