This feature is in a private pilot with a small group of hosts, and will be made available to all hosts in September, 2024.
When a host requests verification on a guest, the guest will receive a message containing a link to the guest portal, which contains necessary steps to complete guest verification.
The verification welcome screen displays basic reservation information, and prompts them to get started on the identity verification process. |

The guest will be prompted to enter a one-time password, to confirm that they're the guest that made the reservation. |

Personal information will be collected to check against the reservation information and their identification. |

The guest will upload their identification and take a selfie. |

Lastly, the guest will share the purpose of their stay. |
