With voice-to-text, you can reply to guests just by speaking — no typing required. Whether you want to send a message directly or simply describe what you want to say, our AI will:

  • Transcribe your speech into text instantly

  • Correct grammar and spelling automatically

  • Turn your instructions into a polished, professional message

  • Support any language — speak in English or your own language, and we’ll handle the rest

Now you can manage guest conversations on the go.

How it works

  1. Go to the Inbox

  2. Open any guest conversation.

  3. Click the microphone icon

  4. Speak your message

    • Say exactly what you want to send

    • Or give short instructions like:

      • “Tell John the check-in time is 3pm and remind them about the door code.”

      • “Say we can’t allow early check-in, but make it friendly.”

  5. AI takes it from there

    Your voice is transcribed, cleaned up, and turned into a message that’s ready to send — clear, professional, and in your preferred language.
