Connect and verify a bank account to your Manager-type Business to enable Owner payouts.
Connect a bank account to your Property manager Business
Each Property Manager Business can have one bank account. This should be the bank account that you use to receive reservation payouts, and will be the bank account that we use to withdraw funds to use for Owner payouts for all Owners associated with that business.
Go to Operations → My business → Select your Property Manager Business
Under the General & Properties tab, scroll to the Bank account section
In the dropdown, choose to connect a new bank account or select an existing bank account to use for this business
Verify your bank account
Before Hospitable can withdraw funds to distribute Owner payouts, you will need to add your bank information and any additional details as part of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance requirements. Check out our article with detailed instructions for verifying a payout method.
⚠️ Important tips for the KYC form
For US individuals and entities, you must provide the last four digits of your Social Security number.
For business bank accounts, you must provide at least one signatory, controller, and owner. A single person may have one, two, or all three roles.
Most short-term rental companies (LLC, Inc., etc.) should select Private company as the company type.
Handwritten documents will not be accepted as evidence.
Have your valid government identification handy.
If you use the instant bank account verification and your documents do not require manual review, you can be verified in under five minutes; otherwise it may take 1-2 business days. You can check your verification status in the Bank account section under your Business > General & Properties tab, or on the Payout Method page. If you see “Verification required”, you should be able to hover over the text to see what information or evidence is missing.
