If you already manage a property in Hospitable, you can create a brand-new Airbnb listing directly from that property without leaving the platform.
The listing creation process is guided and AI-assisted, helping you publish your listing quickly. This article explains the requirements and the steps involved.
If you have already created your listing on Airbnb, do not create it again in Hospitable (this will create a duplicate). Hospitable will automatically import new Airbnb listings within 2 hours, or you can manually trigger this via Settings ⚙️ → Channel connections → Edit → Re-sync. Learn how listing imports work.
Before You Start: Eligibility Requirements
To create an Airbnb listing from an existing property, all of the following must be true:
Your Hospitable account must be connected to an Airbnb channel
You must have at least one Airbnb channel connected in the Settings ⚙️ > Channel connections page.
You have at least 3 reviews (4★ or higher)
Reviews can come from Airbnb or Booking.com
Only reviews with 4 stars or higher are counted
The property was created in Hospitable
Imported properties (from Airbnb) are not eligible
The property must have a complete address
The property cannot be muted
The property is not already linked to an Airbnb listing
Amenities are configured for the property

If any of these conditions are not met, the option to create an Airbnb listing will not appear.
Create an Airbnb Listing
Once all requirements are met, you can begin the listing creation process.
Go to Hospitable → Properties
Select the property you want to list on Airbnb
Click the List on Airbnb banner
Click Continue
Choose the Airbnb account where the listing will be created. This account will become the listing owner for this property.
Click Continue
Select a Cancellation Policy
Choose your preferred cancellation policy
Click Continue
Optional: Enable a "New listing promotion
You can offer a promotion to help boost early bookings.
Enable New listing promotion to offer 20% off your first 3 bookings
Select the option if desired
Click Continue
Choose when to go live
Decide whether to publish your listing immediately or later.
Go live now → Your listing will be published once setup is complete
Go live later → Review and finalize details before publishing
Select your preferred option
Complete the setup
And you're done! 🎉
Setting up co-hosts
Co-hosts cannot be added during the listing creation process in Hospitable.
Co-hosts must be added directly on Airbnb. Hospitable does not support assigning co-hosts during listing creation.
Important notes:
Do not create a separate Airbnb listing under another account to simulate a co-host setup
Co-host permissions must be configured within Airbnb itself
Troubleshooting
1. If you don’t see the option to create an Airbnb listing, check the following:
You have at least 3 reviews with 4★ or higher
The property address is complete
Amenities are configured
The property is not muted
The property was created in Hospitable (not imported)
2. If you encounter a trust check error during setup, it typically means there is an issue with your Airbnb account.
This may include:
Incomplete identity verification
Account standing issues
Airbnb security checks
These issues must be resolved directly on Airbnb before you can proceed.
