Our system automatically imports all listings in your connected channel accounts every 2 hours. If you can't find it in the Properties or Calendar section, the reason might be one of these.
New listing
If you added a new listing on a booking platform which is already connected to your Hospitable account, then we will pick that up on our next sync with your connected channel.
Our system syncs connected channels every 2 hours, so it can take up to two hours for the new listing to show up on your Hospitable account.
You can run a sync manually, so you can immediately see the new listing in Properties. To do this:
Go to Connected accounts
Click on Edit next to your channel where the new listing was added
Click on Re-sync
Incorrect names
Click on Properties and use the search bar on the top right to search for the name of your listing. This may return results for a property under another name, that may be the former name of your listing.
If you find yourself in this situation, you can either:
Reset the name of all your properties to their "booking channel" internal names.
Change the name of the property in question to match your expectation.
Muted property
Muted properties will not show up on the All Properties or Calendar pages. You can find them by clicking on the Muted Properties section in the left-hand panel. Learn more about muting properties here.
If you didn’t mute the property yourself, here are a couple of reasons it might have been muted automatically:
If your channel was connected by a secondary user on your Hospitable account, then all listings added from that channel will be automatically muted.
If you're on the Host subscription plan, it allows a maximum of two properties. Any additional properties you add will be automatically muted until you upgrade your plan.
