When are Insights generated?
Hospitable generates Guest Insights based on data from the guest profile at the time of their first contact with you. This means that if a guest completes the identity verification process after their first message to you, then you will see their profile on the booking channel as Verified, while our Insights on the guest thread will remain as Not verified.
Why is there a discrepancy?
This can be a helpful indicator to know that the guest may be relatively new to the booking channel, which means hosts would want to vet them more carefully.
