Owner-stay cleaning fees on Owner Statements β when the owner is charged
When you run an owner stay and have Hospitable schedule a post-stay cleaning that has a cost (for example, a Marketplace cleaning or a cohost payout), a cleaning transaction is created on the property. By default this setting is turned on.
Change the default for a business
Go to Operations β Your Business and select the business that manages the property.
Open the Owner Portal tab.
In the owner-stays section, toggle Always schedule a cleaning after owner stays to your preferred default.
This applies to new cleaning transactions going forward; existing transactions keep whatever was set at the time they were created.
