Guest Verification: Guest Is Verified, But Thread Insights Says “Not Verified”

Why does the thread insight say my guest is not verified when they have been verified?

When are Insights generated?

Hospitable generates Guest Insights based on data from the guest profile at the time of their first contact with you. This means that if a guest completes the identity verification process after their first message to you or book their reservation, then you will see their profile on the booking channel as Verified, while our Insights on the guest thread will remain as Not verified.

Why is there a discrepancy?

This can be a helpful indicator to know that the guest may be relatively new to the booking channel, which means hosts would want to vet them more carefully.
