The Sync tab controls which changes Hospitable pulls from a property's lead listing and copies to the property's other connected listings.
Changes made directly in the Hospitable Calendar are pushed to connected listings without waiting for the regular pull-sync cycle.
Go to Settings → Preferences → Sync to manage synchronization settings.

How lead listing sync works
For pull synchronization, Hospitable checks the property's lead listing for supported changes and applies them to the other listings in that property.
Pull sync uses the lead listing only. The behavior can differ depending on the lead listing's connection type.
A property generally will not perform another pull if it completed a sync within the previous hour.
Reservation Sync
Reservation Sync is always enabled and cannot be turned off.
Reservation changes are synchronized immediately to reduce the risk of double bookings.
Reservation Sync is mandatory. The disabled toggle in Preferences indicates that it is permanently enabled.
Pricing Sync
Turn on Pricing Sync to pull supported manual pricing changes from the lead listing and apply them to the property's other listings.
Pricing Sync does not represent every kind of pricing update. For example, the UI specifically distinguishes manual pricing changes from smart-pricing changes.
The regular synchronization cycle targets approximately every 4.5 hours. Use pricing markups when you need the resulting price to vary by booking channel.

Availability Sync
Turn on Availability Sync to pull supported availability changes from the lead listing, including:
Manual blocks
Blocks created from a configured availability window
Hospitable then applies those changes to the property's other connected listings.
The regular synchronization cycle targets approximately every 4.5 hours.
Minimum Nights Stay Sync
Turn on Minimum Nights Stay Sync to pull supported minimum-night changes from the lead listing and apply them to the property's other listings.
The regular synchronization cycle targets approximately every 4.5 hours.
Connection-specific limitations
Some lead listing types do not use the normal pull-sync behavior.
Vrbo Partner lead listings do not use the standard calendar pull strategy. They use their supported external synchronization path instead.
Additional cases include:
Vrbo HomeAway lead polling may be skipped when polling is not enabled for that connection.
Virtual or Direct lead listings do not perform the normal pull.
PMS-connected properties can have additional synchronization behavior outside these Preferences toggles.
Hospitable also synchronizes some availability-rule information during a full pull, but there is no separate Availability Rules Sync preference.
Changes made in Hospitable
Changes made directly in the Hospitable Calendar are pushed to connected listings without waiting for the next 4.5-hour pull cycle.
This is separate from Hospitable checking the lead listing for changes made outside Hospitable.
Save your changes
After enabling or disabling Pricing, Availability, or Minimum Nights Stay Sync, select Save.
