The Property “Details” page gives hosts a complete overview of each property’s core information, including name, address, space, description, house rules, amenities, and location.
How to navigate to the Details page
To navigate to the “Details” page, go to:
Hospitable > Properties
Select your property.
Click on the “Details” page on the left-hand side menu.
This will land you on the “Essentials” page.
What sections can I find on the Property Details page?
To simplify property management, the “Details” page is split into five sections:
The Essentials sub-page
The Essentials page section is where you find basic property or listing descriptions and details, such as:
Photos: Read more about photo management below.
Summary: The property description your guests see. This can only be pushed to Airbnb and Direct. This is editable by channel.
Other details to note: Additional information guests should know before booking. This can only be pushed to Airbnb and Direct. This is editable by channel.
🚨 There is an exception with Booking.com, which is that Hospitable cannot push text fields to Booking.com, such as “Summary” or “Other details to note”.
Booking.com automatically generates property descriptions based on the listing details.
Please contact Booking.com support to request any edits to these.
Tags: Tags are only used internally on Hospitable and are not pushed out to external platforms.
You can read more about tags here.
Languages: These are the languages you have set on your Airbnb listing. This is currently not editable on Hospitable.
More on managing photos for your property
If you have an Airbnb listing connected to Hospitable, Hospitable will pull your property images from Airbnb.
These are the images that are used to populate your Direct booking website with Hospitable for the properties listed on your direct site.
At the moment, hosts are not able to edit the images that Hospitable pulls in from Airbnb.
This means hosts cannot:
Edit the order of how they are presented on the Direct site.
Remove photos from the property.
Add photos to the property.
This was previously available on Hospitable but has temporarily been disabled due to some ongoing work in the background.
This is expected to be available again in the very near future.
The Arrival sub-page
The Arrival page section is where you add guest check-in and checkout tasks, such as:
Getting inside and setup
This section contains details on the check-in method, how to access the property, and how to get set up with Wifi once guests arrive.

These links are only used to populate the related shortcode in guest communication. These links are not pushed to any booking platform.
The Location sub-page
The Location page section is where you set your property’s location and pin it on the map.
It is also where you will find the full property address details. These details are fixed and not editable after creating a property.
These are the details on that page:
