Creating a Booking.com Listing on Hospitable

How to set up a new Booking.com listing directly through Hospitable

With Hospitable's listing management, you can create and publish Booking.com listings directly from your Hospitable account without needing to manually set up everything in Booking.com's Extranet.

Before You Start

Requirements:

  • You need an existing Airbnb listing connected to Hospitable. This feature currently requires Airbnb data.

  • Check that your Airbnb listing is complete with the correct room and bed configuration, address, photos, and amenities before starting.

Note: This feature is currently in public beta.

Creating Your Listing

Step 1: Start the Creation Process

  1. Go to Properties in your Hospitable account.

  2. Select the property you want to list on Booking.com.

  3. Click Continue next to "List on Booking.com."

Step 2: Follow the Setup Flow

  1. Choose between "Use my existing Booking.com account" or "Create a new account."

  2. If you choose to use an existing Booking.com account, select one of your previously connected Booking.com accounts. If you haven't connected an existing account yet, exit the flow and connect it from the Connected accounts page.

  3. Otherwise, enter an email address and confirm your name.

  4. Choose "Start setup."

  5. If you get an error message at this step, check the error messages below.

Step 3: Booking Mode

There are two booking modes available on Booking.com:

  • Instant booking: Guests can book immediately.

  • Request-to-book: You approve each booking request.

Your booking mode will automatically be set to request-to-book if your property falls under these categories:

  • Apartments

  • Holiday homes

  • Villas

Note: If you would like to change your booking mode to "instant booking," please contact our support team.

Logging into Booking.com

First time accessing Extranet? If you created your Booking.com account through Hospitable, you'll need to reset your password first:

  1. Go to admin.booking.com.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click "Forgotten your password?"

  4. Follow the reset process in your email.

Next Steps

After creating your listing:

  1. Publish the listing - See our guide to publishing your listing. Your listing starts as unpublished, so guests won't see it until you're ready to go live.

  2. Sign the Booking.com agreement - You'll receive an email with subject "Booking.com - Start partner account registration."

  3. Set up your financial details - These are required to get payment and can be set up in Booking.com.

  4. Review your listing in Booking.com's Extranet at admin.booking.com.
